Deiiang® Stainless Steel FFUs are constructed from corrosion-resistant 304/316 stainless steel with sealed housings and sanitary welds for cleanability. Each unit integrates high-efficiency HEPA or ULPA filtration, vibration-isolated backward- or forward-curved fans, and variable-speed drives to deliver stable, uniform laminar airflow. Optional sensors, differential pressure ports, and GMP-compliant gaskets are available for monitoring and validation.

How to Use:

Perform routine maintenance: replace HEPA/ULPA filters when differential pressure exceeds set limits, clean external surfaces with approved agents, and inspect fans, seals, and controls on a scheduled basis.
